Device Won’t Power On

  • Check USB-C connection
  • Try a different power source
  • Ensure cable is not damaged

Can’t See WiFi Network

  • Wait 30 seconds after power on
  • Check if device is in range
  • Try restarting the device

Web Interface Not Loading

  • Verify you’re connected to the device WiFi
  • Try http://192.168.4.1 instead of https://
  • Clear browser cache and try again

Firmware Flashing Issues

  • Ensure you’re using a supported browser (Chrome, Edge, or Opera)
  • Try a different USB cable
  • Make sure the device is properly connected
  • Check that no other applications are using the serial port
